Aptify includes a wide array of capabilities to ensure that you can manage instructors, learning institutions, schools and any necessary accreditation processes efficiently. Instructors can be internal or external to your organization and are able to access information through an on-line web portal. 3rd-party or in-house learning locations are blended together seamlessly. An accreditation process is available for ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained for 3rd-parties that are involved in delivering educational content.
Instructor Management
Instructors can interact through a powerful, self-service web portal within Aptify's e-Business Suite. The self-service web portal allows instructors to manage their schedule, interact with students, provide feedback, and even post class materials such as documents, class notes, and more.
Schools and Learning Institutions
Your organization can easily incorporate curriculum delivery through internal and 3rd party institutions with the Aptify Education Management application. Each location is maintained as a detailed record in the database which contains information such a location, contacts, courses being taught, instructors associated with each location, and more. The information managed for each school or location is flexible and easily extended to capture unique needs.
Accreditation
To ensure the highest quality of instruction is maintained for your curriculum, an accreditation process is available within the application. The Accreditation process allows a user to easily view schools/locations that are in various stages of accreditation ranging from an initial application through review, due diligence, approval, and recurring reprocessing. Accreditation is flexible to incorporate your unique business rules and workflow and can therefore accomodate changes that will occur over time.
