Two-way Accounts Payable (AP) integration for processing refund checks is built into the standard functionality. For refunds that require a check to be sent to the recipient, Aptify can automatically generate a refund voucher in the AP system and then pull back the check number and the issue date into Aptify for customer service purposes.

Aptify's application provides rigorous financial controls to ensure that transactions are grouped in an orderly and consistent fashion - across users and departments. Additionlly, Aptify has a very efficient lock-box processing application, which is able to automatically post extremely high volumes of transactions in a very efficient manner.
